Meet The Management Team at QA Systems
Andreas Sczepansky
President & CEO
Following his training as a communications technician, Andreas studied Information Technology at the University of Applied Sciences in Esslingen. Upon graduating, he joined Tasking Software Germany (now part of Altium), where he worked in support for embedded software development tools. In 1992, he moved to CAD-UL in Ulm, selling software tools for embedded systems. He was appointed as Director of Marketing and Sales at CAD-UL in 1994 and established a successful global sales network. In 1996, Andreas founded QA Systems GmbH in Stuttgart, Germany.
Chris Sharpe
Technical Director
Chris has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership, specialising in safety-critical and embedded software tools. He joined QA Systems in 2012 as Lead Designer and became Technical Director in 2016, overseeing engineering strategy and product development. With expertise in C, C++, Java, and JavaScript, alongside deep knowledge of software testing and lifecycle processes, Chris combines technical insight with strategic leadership to drive innovation and ensure product quality worldwide.
Robert Davies
Software Development Team & Product Manager
Rob has built his career at QA Systems since 2012, gaining expertise in software engineering, leadership, and product management. After starting as a Technical Support Engineer, he moved into development before becoming Software Development Team Manager in 2020. The following year he was appointed Managing Director of QA Systems Vietnam, establishing international operations. Now Product Manager, Rob combines technical and management experience to guide product strategy and ensure customer success worldwide.
Dylan Llewellyn
Sales Director
Dylan has built a 30-year career in embedded systems sales and business development, focusing on mission- and safety-critical sectors, particularly in Aerospace and Defence for both government and private sector customers in the UK and overseas. He joined QA Systems in 2018 as International Sales Manager, where he expanded existing markets and developed new ones. In late 2021, he was promoted to Sales Director and now leads global sales operations while managing relationships with the company’s international reseller network.

Luca Foglia
Regional Sales Manager
Luca has many years of experience in embedded systems, further focused on the field of critical software systems and security. He took the first steps of his career at the engineering department of the Olivetti group and has held managerial positions at market leading companies, such as TASKING BV (now part of the Altium group) and iSYSTEM AG. From this, Luca has acquired widespread knowledge of the Italian market in the embedded systems sector. In 2015 Luca was appointed Country Manager in Italy.
Saravanan Arcot Ethirajan
Managing Director of QA Systems India
Saravanan has over 28 years of experience in sales, specialising in testing tools and automation. He spent more than two decades at Techtrust, leading business development and later heading operations, before its integration into QA Systems in 2023. Appointed Managing Director of QA Systems India, he now drives revenue growth and business operations across the region. Known for building strong customer relationships and managing complex, high-value projects, Saravanan combines market insight with leadership to expand QA Systems’ presence in India.
